Frequently asked

The questions we get asked first.

Short answers to the things people want to know before they call.

Do you clear blocked drains the same day?

Wherever we can, yes. Call us early and we'll do our best to get to a blockage the same day. We clear it with high-pressure jetting, then run a camera through to confirm it's clear and show what caused it.

Are you VBA licensed for plumbing?

Yes. We're licensed under the Victorian Building Authority for sewerage and stormwater drainage. We notify the VBA on every job and issue a Certificate of Compliance on completion so it lands in the PIC system for your records.

What does a CCTV drain inspection involve?

We feed a camera through the drain and record the run, so we can see blockages, cracks, root intrusion or collapsed sections without digging. You get a clear rundown of what's going on, and where needed a written report with photos and footage, plus the location and depth of the problem.

How do I get a price?

For CCTV inspections and blocked drains you'll see indicative pricing up front when you book online. For anything larger, send your details, photos and plans through the quote page and we'll come back the same business day. There's no charge to quote.

What suburbs do you cover?

We're based in Somerville and cover the Mornington Peninsula and across South East Melbourne, from Frankston and the bayside suburbs through to the eastern suburbs (Glen Waverley, Bulleen, Blackburn) and the knock-down-rebuild corridors. If you're not sure we reach you, just ask.

Can you handle the excavation as well as the drainage?

Yes. Non-destructive (vac truck) digging, civil drainage, cut & seal and site works all come under our remit, so you get one contact for the underground stage. Safe digging around live gas, water, power and comms is a big part of what we do.
